Answering Services
CFS offers integrations to both ASD and Funeral Call answering services.
CFS websites have the ability to directly integrate with ASD and Funeral Call answering services. To set up your answering service integration, click the management button at the top of the website, open the Answering Services drop down and select either ASD or Funeral Call.
ASD
To integrate your ASD account, on the ASD integration page simply add your ASD client number, your ASD password and click "Link to your ASD Account".
The ASD integration will:
- Automatically push obituary details and service information to ASD for use by call center staff, allowing ASD to better serve callers that request information about the arrangements under your care.
- Automatically import ASD first call data into your website, reducing the amount of information needed to create an associated death notice or obituary record.
- Provide bi-directional updates between your website and ASD. Website obituaries are automatically updated when you change information via ASD and ASD records are automatically updated when you change information via your website.
Funeral Call
To integrate your Funeral Call account, on the Funeral Call integration page simply add your Funeral Call account token to the location you want to integrate the account to.
The Funeral Call integration will:
- Automatically push obituary details and service information to Funeral Call for use by call center staff, allowing Funeral Call to better serve callers that request information about the arrangements under your care.
- Automatically import first call data into your website, reducing the amount of information needed to create an associated death notice or obituary record.
