Multiple reporting dashboards are available in the management console that provide a detailed look at your sales, obituary and donation data. The dashboard page also provides a quick glance at some sales and obituary stats. To access these pages, click the management button at the top of the website.
The dashboard page will show you quick numbers on your sales, revenue, posted obituaries and condolences for the current month. Clicking "View Details" will take you to the detailed reporting page for those stats.
To access the detailed reporting pages directly, click the management button at the top of the website and open the website reports tab to see the three available reporting dashboards.
Sales & Revenue
The sales and revenue report page gives you a view into the sales on your website. At the top, you can easily view sales, revenue and total orders from the current month, past 12 months and all time sales from the website.
The trends by month graph gives you a view into the monthly sales and revenue totals in an interactive graph format. Sales are displayed in the yellow line graph and revenue is displayed in the blue bars. The sales and revenue data points can be toggled on or off via the checkboxes in the upper right so that you can view whichever data you want, either together on the same graph or individually. A toggle is also available to view the last 12 months of data or the last 24 months.
Under the "Mail Checks To" section, you can see the payee and address that checks will be mailed to. If you need to change this information, click the blue change button and enter a new custom payee or select from one of the system locations.
The monthly detail report will display order details for a particular month. The month can be selected in the upper right corner and a specific location or all locations can be selected from the locations dropdown.
Details for each order will be displayed in the list such as date, order number, name, item and price details. An order can be viewed with more detail by clicking the blue magnifying glass button or printed via the orange print icon.
Any refunded orders will be displayed in the bottom section and excluded from your order totals.
Obituaries Report
The obituaries reporting page gives you a view into how many obituaries you are posting to the website and how many condolence posts those obituaries are receiving. At the top, you can see a quick view of the obituary and condolence numbers for month to date, past 12 months and all time.
The trends by month section allows you to view your obituary and condolence numbers in a line graph format. Obituaries are displayed in yellow and condolences are displayed in blue. Obituary and condolence data can be toggled on or off by the checkboxes in the upper right and data can be viewed for last 12 months or last 24 months by the toggles on the left.
Under the monthly detail section, you can view the number of condolences each posted obituary received that month. The month can be set via the month drop down in the upper right and obituary pages can be navigated to via the blue "View Obituary" button on the right side of the corresponding obituary.
Donations
The donations report gives you insights into contributions that have been made to fundraising campaigns on your obituaries. Donations can be viewed by month or by specific campaigns via the toggles on the upper left side, the drop down on the right side will allow you to select the month or campaign you want to view.
The donation report will display basic information like the date of donation, reference number, obituary name, donated by name, email and amount of donation.
