Approving Photos, Stories and Condolences
Photos, stores and condolences that are posted to book of memories pages can be approved and rejected in the system via the dashboard.
If in the Global BOM Settings, you have chosen to approve any photos, stories, or condolences, here is how you can do so.
Your Dashboard will show if any of these items are waiting to be approved. You can click on the item or navigate to Main > Book of Memories > Approve Photos, Approve Stories, or Approve Condolences.
You will see an approve or reject option for each item, or you can click Mark All as Approved or Mark All as Rejected.
When complete, click Submit.
If any items were approved, they will now be pushed to the BOM.
