Family Login
The family login feature allows families to login to the book of memories to access and approve certain submissions.
Once a family is logged in, there are a few features that they have access to:
View/Approve Tributes
Sometimes private words of support are the most meaningful. This is where the family can view the submissions marked as "Public" or "private". If any condolences need to be approved prior to being made public, they can also be approved here.
View/Approve Photos
Sometimes photos are sent to the family privately. This is where the family can view the submitted photos marked as "Public" or "private". If any photos need to be approved prior to being made public, they can also be approved here. The family can also upload their own photos here in the Family Login.
View PDF Flower Cards
Families can view details on the floral arrangements ordered through the Book of Memories and have a card to remember the arrangement over time.
Send E-Thank You Cards
Families can easily send e-thank you cards to anyone who has submitted a condolence, shared a photo or purchased a floral arrangement through the Book of Memories.
Change Password
Families can update the password to their login family login.
Setting up the Family Login
Go to the Records section in the manual and navigate through the type of record you are creating for steps on setting up the Family Login.
