Messenger Stationary Integration

This section provides an overview on how to export information from your system to Messenger's Make It Personal software.

Messenger gives Funeral Homes the ability to easily create and print high quality, professional looking and highly personal memorial products within a matter of minutes.

Getting Started

  1. Open a record > Printing > Messenger Export.

  2. Select the ‘Export to Messenger’ button.

  3. Open your “Make It Personal” software from Messenger and click the ‘Import From Management Software’ button.

  4. Click ‘Browse’ and locate the XML file on your computer downloaded from the FrontRunner system. The file will likely be contained in your computer’s download folder unless you saved it to another location.
