Adding Directors and Embalmers

The manage directors page is where license numbers for directors and embalmers can be added to the system.

Funeral Directors and Embalmers can be set up in Family Arranger systems to be assigned to cases and have their information auto-filled on case forms. To setup Funeral Directors & Embalmers the person must first have their own user account created in the system. After this, go to the three horizontal bars in the top right corner of your system to access the system settings.. Once clicked, a box will expand presenting you with multiple options, click on the options called “Manage Directors”.

Once on the Manage Directors screen, you will be shown a list of all the users created in your Web-Based system. There will also be two additional columns titled “Director #” and “Embalmer #”.

Click on the Funeral Director or Embalmer that you wish to add a license number too, when highlighted click the “Manage Director” button located in the upper left hand corner of the screen. A pop-up will appear where you will be able to enter in the funeral director's license number and/or the embalmer's license number.

**In order for a director to show up as an option in the directors drop down on cases, they must have a director number assigned in the manage directors section.
