Changing MiMS Style and Background

MiMS has customizable options available for changing the overall style and background of the program.

Changing MiMS Style

MiMS has the ability to change the programs style. When you change the MiMS style the coloring and appearance of everything in MiMS changes.

There are 2 ways to get to the area to change the MiMS style.

  1. Under the File menu is an option for “Change MiMS Style” which will take you to the MiMS Style area of the “My Profile” window.
  2. On the Navigation if you click the Configuration button in the upper right corner which will take you to the “My Profile” window. If the MiMS Style area is not automatically displayed simply click on the option for MiMS Style in the options on the right side.

There are many different MiMS Styles that are available to choose from in the drop-down.

Changing MiMS Background

MiMS has the ability to change the background that is displayed to a variety of different looks including custom backgrounds.

To change your MiMS background, click on the “Change Background” option located under the File Menu.

The “Select Background” window will open.

In the Select Background window choose from any of the provided MiMS backgrounds in the main area or use the Browse button to choose your own custom background.

After choosing your image a small sample of the selected image will appear on the right side.
Once you have chosen the background you want to use choose how you would like the image to display; Tile, Stretch, or Center.

Once you are finished making your decisions click “Apply” and then “Ok”.
