On the Death Records page, features can be toggled on or off via the death record settings button. To access settings for a record, simply highlight the record in the death record list and click the settings button.
The following options are available to be toggled in a death record's settings window:
- Auto Approve Condolences - This setting determines if condolence messages will post to the tribute wall automatically or if they will require approval before being posted.
- Auto Approve Gestures/Candles - This setting determines if gestures and candles will post to the tribute wall automatically or if they will require approval before being posted.
- Auto Approve Photos - This setting determines if photos will post to the tribute wall automatically or if they will require approval before being posted.
- Auto Approve Memories - This setting determines if memories will post to the tribute wall automatically or if they will require approval before being posted.
- Enable Tribute Book - This setting will toggle if the Tribute Book will appear on this record's page or not.
- Tribute Book Virtual Signing Event - This setting will toggle if the signing event will display in the event section of the record's page or not.
All settings will have the options yes, no or system default. The system default option means the setting will be either on or off depending on how your overall system settings are configured. Yes or no options will manually override your system settings for this particular record.
