Document List

Documents contained in the document list section of the system are able to be downloaded or linked to on your website pages.

The Document List is a section in the admin dashboard that allows you to upload files to your system for later access.

**Any CMS document you are trying to link on a website page in the website editor will need to be uploaded to the document list first before it will show up as an option.

The document list page will show a list of all documents that have been uploaded to the document list section.

To upload a new document, simply click on the upload new documents button.

 Your computer’s files will open and you will be prompted to select the document(s) that you’d like to upload. You can upload multiple documents at once by using the CTRL or CMD key when selecting the files.

Documents can be edited by highlighting the document in the list and clicking the edit button. This will allow you to make changes to the document name, keywords and description.

If you need to delete a document from the list, highlight a document and click the delete button. Documents can also be replaced with new documents by highlighting the document and clicking the replace selected document button. This will replace the document with the new document anywhere it was used on the website.
