Facebook Configuration
Obituaries can easily be posted to Facebook business pages from the backend via the built in Facebook integration on Funeral Tech websites.
Funeral Tech websites have a Facebook integration that allows for obituaries to be directly posted to your Facebook page via the website.
Connecting Your Facebook Account
To connect your Facebook page, open the website settings by clicking the settings icon in the upper right corner of your admin dashboard, then click the "Facebook Configuration" option.

Highlight the location you want to setup the integration for and click the edit button to open the Facebook sign-in window.

Once you have signed in and connected your Facebook account, you will be asked to select a page from your Facebook account to post to. Simply select the business page from the dropdown list and click the save button to connect that page.
**It is important to note that pages will only show up in this list if you have admin access to the business page in Facebook. If you do not see the page you are trying to connect in this list, you will need to either be granted admin access to that page in Facebook or sign back in with an account that does have admin access.

Posting An Obituary To Facebook
Once your account is connected to the website, obituaries can be directly posted to your Facebook page from the Death Records section of your admin dashboard. On the Death Records page, highlight the obituary you want to post from the records list and then click the "Send To Facebook" button. This will create a post of the obituary on your Facebook page.
