MiMS Calendar

The MiMS Calendar is an internal calendar that helps users know what events are happening and when.

The MiMS Calendar uses data gathered from information entered for the services, visitations, and if you are using the Time Tracker Module it will use information entered into the Resource Allocation area.

Accessing MiMS Calendar

The MiMS calendar can be accessed several ways:

  • If MS Outlook is not installed, the button on the MiMS Main Menu for MS Outlook will change to a shortcut for the MiMS Calendar.
  • You can also right click anywhere in MiMS and in the Pop-Up Menu that displays there is an option for Calendar which will load the MiMS Calendar.

Using MiMS Calendar

The MiMS Calendar opens in a window that displays the name of the month at the top and a calendar below it.

In the Calendar any days that have any events taking place will start to show the description of the events. If you click on any of these days a new window will display saying what all events are happening on that day.

**If you have the Time Tracker Module enabled you will also be able to see what employees have been assigned jobs on that day.
