Price Lists
Items, packages and prices on GPLs can be managed on the Price List page, with the ability to add multiple GPLs for different locations.
The General Price Lists (GPL) for your locations can be found under the Price List tab in the top navigation bar.

Once you are on the Price List page, you will see any GPLs that are in the system listed out showing the GPL name, date created and last date modified.
**It is strongly advised to never delete a GPL from the system unless you are absolutely sure you need it deleted and it is no longer in use. Once a GPL is deleted it can not be restored.
Editing a GPL
To edit an existing GPL, click on the GPL then select the “Edit” button to open up the price list editing page.

GPL Categories
Once on the editing page for a price list, the categories for the price list will be displayed. To open up a category, click the arrow on the left side of the category. This will open up the category to show the additional subcategories or items underneath it. You can keep clicking the arrows on the subcategories to get to the items that are within those subcategories.

New categories can be added by clicking the "Add New Category" button with the plus icon at the top of the page. This will add a new category to the bottom of the category list.

Categories can be dragged and dropped in the GPL structure to organize where you want them. Categories can be nested underneath other categories to make subcategories.
Adding/Editing Items
Items can be added to categories by clicking the actions drop down on the right side of the category. In this drop down, select the "Add Item" option to add a new item.

When adding an item, you will first need to select the type of item you are adding. Options are available to add a category, regular product, hourly product or package.

After selecting the item type, you will be taken to the product details window to add the item details. Item name, SKU and price are the required fields to add an item. For regular products, options are also available to add an image, description or wholesale price. Additional toggle settings are available to configure if the item should always appear on a contract, if it is exempt from taxes, if it is discountable or if it is a disbursement.

If you are adding an hourly product, the product details are mostly the same except the price becomes an hourly rate.

Items can be edited by clicking edit on the item in the GPL. This will open up the same product details window where you can make adjustments.

The taxes button on a product, located underneath the edit button, will allow you to mark an item exempt from taxes, not exempt or specify applicable taxes.


Items can be deleted by clicking the delete button on the item.

Packages
Packages can be set up in a price list to group multiple products together under one package with a specific price. To set up a package, click the actions button, select "Add Item" and select the package item type. The same product details can be configured for a package that are on a regular product.

Once a package is added to the GPL, it will display in the item list with the other items. It will have a grey color to distinguish it as a package item and allows for other items to be added under it just like a category. To add items to a package, simply drag and drop the items from the GPL into the package. Similar to a category, the package can be expanded by clicking the drop down arrow on the left side of the package. The items included in the package will be nested under the package.

**Make sure to duplicate an item and move the duplicated item into a package instead of moving the original item from the GPL. Each item has a duplicate button above the edit button that will create an exact copy of the item in the item list.
**When a package that is set up in the GPL is added to a contract, the price of the package will be the price charged, the individual item prices will not apply in the invoicing.
Assigning GPLs To Locations
In order for a GPL to be used on a case, it must be assigned to the location that case is under. Which locations a GPL is assigned to can be configured on the edit GPL page. When editing a GPL on the price list page, locations will display on the right side of the page with checkboxes that allow you to toggle the GPL to be assigned to those locations or not.

Locations can also be assigned from the Price List page by highlighting a GPL and clicking the "Assign Locations" button.

Publishing GPL Changes
Once you have made changes to a GPL, the changes will not show up on arrangement forms or cases until they are published. To publish GPL changes, highlight the GPL on the price list page and click the "Publish GPL To" button. The drop down will give you 3 options to publish changes to forms, product catalog or inventory. Forms is the option you need to select to publish the changes to your cases.

When publishing to forms, a window will pop up where you can select which forms you want to publish to. Select the forms that need the prices updated and click "Select Forms".

Any new changes to the GPL items will display in the published items list for final review. Once you have confirmed the items are correct, click the "Review and Publish" button to publish the changes to the selected forms.
