Reporting

Family Arranger has a variety of reports available to view insights on case and financial information in your system.

The reporting page of Family Arranger can be accessed via the "Reporting" tab at the top of the admin dashboard.

On the reporting page, different categories of reports can be browsed using the tabs under available reports, or all reports can be viewed under the "All Reports" tab.

To generate a report, select a report from the available reports and click the "Generate Report" button.

When generating a report, the generate report window will pop up where you can set a date range and configure parameters for your report. The parameters will vary depending on the report you are generating. Add the necessary parameters and select the file type you want the report to generate in, then click the "Generate" button. Most reports can be generated in PDF, DOCX and CSV format, but some reports will be limited to only certain formats.

**If a report generates with no cases on it, try reversing the dates you entered for the date range. The date range parameters for certain reports are different then others. Sometimes a report is asking for a start to end range, while other times the report will ask for an "exclude before" date.

Once generated, the report will appear in the Generated Reports section at the bottom of the page. The Generated Reports section will list any reports that have been generated in the system. To download a report, highlight the report and click the "Download" button.

 

The status column will indicate if a report is pending or completed. While the report generates, the status message section will show how far along the report generation is.

**Custom reports can be added in Family Arranger. If you need a custom report created, contact Funeral Tech support to have the report created at support@funeraltech.com
