Site Announcements
Site announcement banners can be added to Funeral Tech websites via the site announcements tool in website settings.
The site announcements feature on Funeral Tech sites allows for announcement pop ups to be added to a website. To access the site announcements page, click on the site settings icon in the upper right corner and select the "Site Announcements" option.

The site announcements page will list out any active or inactive site announcements that have been added to the site. To create a new announcement, simply click the green "Create" button. To edit an existing announcement, highlight the announcement in the list and click the "Edit" button.

When creating or editing an announcement, a date and time can be entered to configure when the announcement should be visible on the website. A time zone can also be selected for this time range. If you have multiple sites in the system, the site you want the announcement to show on can be selected from the selected sites list. In the announcement section, use the text editor to add the message you want to display.

Once an announcement is set up, it will display on all website pages when a user visits the site. Site announcements will display with a yellow banner and an X icon in the upper corner for the user to close the announcement. The design of the announcement pop up cannot be customized.
