The corporation info tab allows for information and settings to be changed relating to the corporation. To navigate to this section, go to the settings page and click on the corporation info tab.
The corporation can be selected from the name drop down list, and information such as license, state employer ID, federal employer ID, start of finance year and price list dates can all be added.
A number of settings are also available to configure for the corporation:
- Enable Record Lock
- Enables or disables the ability to lock records.
- Make Payments/Adjustments Limited for Non-Admin Users
- Limits functionality around payments/adjustments for non-admin users, payments/adjustments cannot be reversed or adjusted just added.
- Auto-Calculate Interest When "All Due Bills" is Run
- Will toggle if interest will auto-calculate and display when the All Due Bills report is run. If not enabled, the All Due Bill report will not show interest.
- Compound Interest On Balance Due
- Will toggle if interest for due balances will be compounded or just have interest applied based on the original balance amount.
- Automatically Upload Data To Online Vendors
- Will toggle if data will automatically be sent to online vendors or not.
- Automatically Number Payment Receipts
- Will enable payment receipts to have an automatically generated and sequenced receipt number. If not enabled, no receipt number will generate on receipts unless manually entered.
- Restrict Deletion of All Payments/Adjustments
- Will toggle if deletion functionality for payments/adjustments will be enabled for users or restricted.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication for 9-Online
- Toggles whether two-factor authentication will be required for 9Online user accounts.
- Auto-Reconcile CC/ACH Fees
- Will automatically create a journal entry in the accounting page that will consolidate CC/ACH fees into the correct account.
- Hide Cost on Billing For Non-Admin Users
- Will toggle if cost should be hidden in the case billing tab for non-admin users.
