E-View

The E-View feature allows for case tasks assigned to staff members to be easily tracked and managed.

The E-View page provides an overview of tasks assigned in the system. Both due tasks and completed tasks can be viewed on this page and two different types of views are available.

Task View

The task view will list out all tasks and display information such as task name, branch, client, case #, date due, assigned staff and notes.

The list can be filtered by a variety of options such as branch, staff member, due tasks or completed tasks.

Any overdue tasks will display with a red exclamation mark in the list.

A settings section can be accessed via the settings icon in the upper left corner where a number of customization settings for the calendar view are available,

In the settings window, options such as what items display on the calendar, how the calendar positions display or the color of specific event types are all customizable.

The task list can also be printed via the print icon in the upper left corner.

Calendar View

In the calendar view, tasks will be displayed in a weekly or daily calendar format. A drop down list is available beside the calendar button to choose which calendar format you want to view in.

The calendar views will display tasks with their corresponding colors on the calendar. 

On the daily and weekly calendar view, overdue tasks will appear in red.

The calendar view of the pending tasks can also be printed out if desired, simply click the print icon in the upper left corner while on the calendar view to print the calendar.
