FamilyLink Settings
FamilyLink settings can be customized under the FamilyLink settings tab to configure default messages and tasks for FamilyLink.
The FamilyLink settings tab allows for customizations to be made to some of the messaging and tasks that generate in the FamilyLink section by default. To access the FamilyLink settings tab, navigate to the settings page and click the FamilyLink Settings tab.
On the FamilyLink Settings tab, tasks for the to-do list will display on the left side of the section. These tasks can be set to active to make them available in the FamilyLink area of a case. If a task is not set to active in the FamilyLink settings, it will not be available as an option to assign in FamilyLink.
Tasks can also be toggled to always add in FamilyLink, check the "Always Add" checkbox if you want this task to always be added automatically to FamilyLink on a case.
New tasks can be added to the FamilyLink task pool by clicking the new button and existing tasks can be edited or deleted from the FamilyLink task pool using the edit and delete buttons at the bottom.
The branch selection area on the right side of the section allows for some branch level customizations. First Correspondence Message can be customized for each branch and fields can be marked to be hidden or shown for each branch.
