The Frontrunner integration in SRS allows for easy publishing of your obituaries from SRS to your website. To set up this integration, reach out to SRS support at support@srscomputing.com.
Once the integration is active, open a case and then click the export option at the top of the program. In the export window, open the FrontRunner Pro tab.
To send the case to your website, click Sync with FrontRunner Pro. Options are also available to post to Facebook and exclude cemetery notes.
There are a few requirements for a case to be able to send via the integration:
- Case has to have a date of death
- Case has to have a service with a future date
- Upload Obit checkbox must be checked off on the client tab
You can also choose to have your cases sync with your website automatically by navigating to the corporation info tab within settings and checking the box which says “Automatically Upload Data to Online Vendors”.
Setting this option will cause the Upload Obit check box on the main client screen to be automatically checked for each new case added.
