Portal View
The portal in SRS gives a view of clients and events with customizable fields on each device.
The portal view provides a customizable display of cases in either a client list view or day view format. The portal view is customizable on a per device basis so each device can have it's own uniquely customized portal display.
To access the portal view, click the portal option at the top of the program.
When first launching the portal view, the setup page will appear where you can make your selections for what you want to display in the portal.
Along the top of the setup window, options are available for configuring how cases get to the portal and how cases are removed from the portal. Branches to display in the portal can be selected from the branch drop down list and a number of days can be set for how long cases will show from service date.
On the right side of the setup window, an option is also available to change color settings for branches and tasks.
A variety of information can be selected to display in your portal view. The fields section of the setup page will list out all the available information that can be selected along with indicating where that field is coming from and a description of the field. The fields can be selected to display in your portal by checking the box under the include column.
Options are also available to control the font size that displays for that field and whether or not it should display bolded.
Once your setup is complete, the portal view will display a list of cases with all the specific fields that were selected to be included on the setup page.
Along the top of the portal, a refresh button is available if newer changes to fields are not showing.
An option is also available to set what cases to display based on services or visitations occurring in a certain amount of days.
The type of view can be toggled between a client list view and a day view by the checkboxes at the top. If customizations to the portal setup are needed, clicking the setup button on the right side will take you back to the setup page.
If a case needs to be hidden in the portal view, simply click on the name for the case and the hide case option will appear.
