Printed Materials

The printed materials section allows for a variety of forms and stationary to be edited and printed on cases.

The printed materials tab allows you to print various documents, forms and stationary for a case. Along the top of the printed materials page, various options are available for printing stationary and letters. Clicking one of these options will take you to the Designer Documents tab where you can customize the document for printing.

Below the stationary options, options are available for client forms, authorization forms and death certificates. Forms can be selected from the drop down lists and printed by clicking the print icon on the right side.

Prayer templates in the system can be edited by editing the prayer list. Click the edit list button in the prayers area.

This will open the prayer card templates where you can make changes to the prayers listed in the system. New prayers can be added via the "New" button, changes to existing prayers can be saved with the "save" button and prayers can also be printed using the print icon at the top.

The Yahrzeit Calendar is available on the printed materials. Click the Yahrzeit Calendar button to open the calendar.

On the Yahrzeit Calendar window, dates can be converted to Hebrew calendar dates. Options are available for single date conversion or full calendar calculation.

Designer Documents

On the designer documents sub tab, stationary and letters can be customized for printing. Documents can be selected using the drop down lists in the master document control section. 

The document preview will display on the right side in the editor, This is where you can make adjustments to the document's content. Images and text on the document can all be customized, and editing options are available in the toolbar at the top of the editor.

Once all customizations are complete, the print icon can be used to print the document.

Letters and Obituaries

On the letters and obituaries sub tab, letters can be printed from letter templates in the system. Use the "Select Starting Template" drop down to select the template you want to utilize.

The letter will display on the right side in the editor where customizations can be made. The fields on the bottom left side can be added to the template by double clicking. These fields will auto-populate on the letter with the case information.

Above the template editor, editing options are available in the tool bar.

After making changes to a template, changes can be saved by clicking the save file icon under the saved copies drop down. To print a letter, click the print icon below the paper and print dropdown.
