Along the top of the dashboard in Procession, upcoming events for the day will be marked on the timeline. Click on a marker to display the location, time and case name for the event.
On the left side of the dashboard below the timeline, company notifications will be displayed along with any active assignments for the logged in user.
In the middle of the dashboard page, task completion metrics will be displayed and recent cases in the system will be listed out. Double clicking on any of the cases listed in the recent case section will open up the case for you.
On the right side of the page, two graphs are available to show year to date comparisons for at-need cases and at-need sales.
All of the sections on the dashboard can be hidden for certain users through the visibility settings. To revoke visibility on any section for a user, simply click the setting icon in the right corner of a section to toggle visibility on or off for a user.
