The profile view tab in SRS provides a more family friendly view to review case details. Profile view is a full screen, stylized view of the case that allows you to navigate through the different case tabs using the arrows on the side or by clicking on the various tabs along the bottom of the screen.
All the same information is available in the profile view that is available on the normal case information tabs, and information can be easily entered or edited in this view by clicking into the various inputs.
Once you have navigated through all the tabs and finished reviewing or entering information with the family, clicking the "Finish" tab will take you back to your regular case window.
Profile Settings
The order and visibility of pages in the profile view can be configured from the Profile Settings tab on the settings page. To access the settings, navigate to the settings page and click the Profile Settings tab.
On the profile settings page, buttons can be ordered using the arrows and marked as visible or not using the visible checkbox. The order that buttons are listed out from top to bottom on this page will determine the order that the buttons or pages display in the profile view on a case.
