Quotes In Prospect
The quotes tab in Prospect functions very similarly to the billing tab in Procession. This section though, contains different verbiage that refers to everything from a quote perspective instead of a billing perspective. Invoices can be added and items can be added to the invoices in the same manner that invoices are edited in the billing tab of Procession. For more information on how the invoice functionality works, a more detailed breakdown can be found on the Billing Tab article for Procession.
**Since this section is used to generate quotes, payment options are not available in Prospect's quote builder.

A quoted invoice can be converted to a true sale from the summary page of a client by clicking the dollar sign icon beside the quote.

If there is an existing Procession case for this person already, the quote will be added as a new invoice on that Procession case. If they do not exist in Procession as a case, an option will be available to convert them to a case in Procession.
