Prospect Overview
Prospect is a marketing tool from SRS that allows for tracking correspondence with leads, managing quotes and managing family aftercare.
Prospect is a marketing tool in the SRS ecosystem that allows for you to follow up with families for aftercare or track new leads in your system. Prospect can be used as a standalone product or connected to an existing SRS system.
Correspondence with clients can be tracked in the system and quotes can be generated for products and services. Statuses can be set on client pages to indicate the lead status and tags can be applied to clients to categorize the ideal type of services that would apply to the client.

Prospect can operate as a stand alone tool but works best when connected to other SRS systems. If connected to Procession, Phoenix or InStone, information can be shared across the platforms and Prospect lead client's can be converted into cases in those systems along with their quotes being brought in as invoices.
