On the services tab of a case, information can be entered regarding the various services that will be held for the decedent. At the top of the page, a list of services that are currently add will be displayed. If you need to edit an existing service, simply click the pencil icon for that service.
Information about the service can be added or adjusted in the boxes below the service list. If a clergy member needs to be added to the event, select clergy from the clergy dropdown list and click the add button to add them to the service.
Default 1st and 2nd visitation options are available to quick start adding a visitation, along with a shiva schedule.
Clicking the Schedule Shiva option will open the schedule page where location information can be entered along with dates and times for the Shiva Schedule.
Visitation Preparation
The visitation preparation sub tab is where you can enter various preparation details. Options are available to enter specifics regarding the clothing, hair stylist, jewelry, cosmetics, flowers and more.
Pallbearers and Music
The pallbearers and music section is where you can set add the pallbearers for the service along with any music selections for the service. Pallbearers are added via the Family/Friends section under the client tab. If a person is marked as pallbearer as a role in that section, they will display on the pallbearers list.
In the music section, music selections can be made for tracks that will be performed along with details regarding the track number, performer and title of the performer.
