Trade is an additional add on for SRS that allows for invoices to be created for walk in purchases. This allows for billing in SRS for people who are not in Procession or Phoenix as a purchaser on a case. A person profile can be added for somebody by clicking the "add record" button in the upper left corner. Basic details on the purchaser can be entered to create their profile.
Once a profile has been created or selected, you will be taken to the trade billing page. On this page, invoices can be created and customized for a purchase. The billing functionality on a case in Trade is the same functionality that is in Procession. For a detailed overview of the billing functionality, read our Billing Tab article for more information.
If any profile information for a person needs to be edited, you can click the edit button on the left beside where it says Current Case.
