Transactions Tab

The transactions tab on the account page allows you to view a list of all transactions for a specific account.

The transactions section of the accounting page will display all transactions under a certain account within the specified display date. Select an account from the current account drop down and set an earliest display date. Once you have those options set, click the refresh button to refresh the list.

The transaction list will display transactions for that account including date, transaction number, debit/credit amounts, balance and note information.

To edit a transaction, highlight a transaction in the list and click the "Edit Selected" button. This will take you to the section that transaction is under so that you can make changes to it. For example, if you click edit selected on a check transaction, you will be taken to that item on the checks section.

To search for specific transactions, the search tab can be used to find transactions associated to specific payees or types.
