Virtual Files User Guide (9Online)
Virtual Files (Vfiles) is an electronic filing cabinet that stores documents within the clients record for easy access.
Other Add-ons that work with Virtual Files:

Any document uploaded into Family Link or submitted by E-Signature, will go directly into Vfiles.

With the Mobile.9 app, you can add forms to Vfiles right on the spot simply by taking a photo of it.
Virtual Files (VFiles) is located in your Summary Tab inside a case.
Click the icon to access Virtual Files.

Inside Virtual Files
Using the icons highlighted, you have options to:

Delete a file
-
Change the file name
-
Share and un-share it on FamilyLink (additional add-on feature) with your family members.

View the file
-
Add a file

How do you get documents onto VFiles?

When inside Virtual Files, click the plus icon to add files from your computer.

Add documents to VFiles in Crystal Reports when printing a form from Billing or Printed Materials. Just click and it’s saved in Vfiles. A confirmation will appear.

VFiles will automatically house any forms submitted from Family Link or E-Signature add-on features.
