No Audio In Finalized Video
Many audio rendering issues can be resolved by swapping out the custom audio file being used, or by re-rendering a duplicate copy of the video project.
Sometimes a video may be finalized and the music that was added to the video may not be playing in the finalized version of the video. This is usually due to a corrupt audio file but could also be due to a rendering error that occurred on the video project while it was being finalized.
Duplicate Video Project To Re-Render
The first thing to do when dealing with a render issue, where the finalized version of the video has an issue, is to duplicate the video project. This way you have a copy of your project to make changes to. Click the 3 dots on the right side of your video project and select the "duplicate" option.

Once you have your project duplicated, you will see an arrow on the right side of your video project that can be clicked to show the duplicate project.

The duplicate project will show up nested under your original video project and will be marked as "(Copy)". This duplicate project is the video project you will want to use to re-render your video.
If the issue was due to a rendering error that occurred with Tribute Video, doing a fresh render of the duplicate project should get the audio in the video working.
Simply click the edit icon on the duplicate project and finalize the video without any changes.
Once the duplicate video is finalized, watch the newly finalized video to see if the audio is playing now. If the audio is still missing, then the issue most likely has to do with the audio file being used.
Custom MP3 File Being Used
In many cases where there is no music playing in the final video, a custom mp3 file has been used instead of one of the song options for our stock music library.

To test if the issue is with the custom audio file being used:
-
Go into edit mode on the video.
-
Delete the custom audio files that were uploaded.
-
Click the "Select Music" option and change the music to one of the stock songs from the music library.
- Finalize the video again and confirm if the music is playing now.
If the music is playing in the new finalized video, then you know the issue was with the custom mp3 file being used.
In situations like this, there are two options to move forward with the video:
-
Find a different audio file for the custom song you want to use and see if that new audio file works.
- Use one of the songs from our stock music library instead of the custom audio file.
