Sometimes a video gets stuck in the rendering process, meaning it never completes the video finalization and just stays in the “Processing“ status.
Duplicate Project and Re-Render
The best way to resolve an issue where the video is stuck rendering is to duplicate the project, and then re-render the duplicated project. To duplicate a video, click the 3 dots beside the edit button and click “Duplicate“.
This will create a copy of the original video project nested underneath the original project (it is labelled COPY). Clicking the small arrow on the right side of the video project will show you the new copy version of the project.
Go into the edit mode on the copy version and proceed with the finalization of the video. Usually, the duplicated version will render successfully.
