Dashboard
The Website Dashboard gives visibility on pending condolence approvals, upcoming visitation or new form submissions.
Approvals
The Approvals section on the Dashboard will show the most recent tribute wall posts that are awaiting approval before posting. The section shows information on the name of the poster, name of the decedent, type of post and date of post.


On the right side there are a few different actions available.

Show:
Show will open the condolence preview window. If there is a text condolence message you will see it in the text editor and have the ability to edit the text. If it is a photo or video post, you will see the photo or video in this section as well.


There are two options at the bottom. Save will save any changes to the message. Block Author will block the poster from being able to post condolence messages again.
Delete:
The delete option will allow you to delete that post from the system.
Approve:
The approve option will let you approve the pending post so that it posts onto the Tribute Wall. Once approved it will disappear from the list of approvals on the dashboard.
Bulk Action


The Bulk Actions at the bottom of the section will allow for you to Approve or Deny posts in bulk. Down the left side of the posts there is checkboxes. Any posts with the box checked beside it will Approve or Deny if you use this Bulk Actions function.
The arrows on the ride side of this section will allow you to move through pages of approvals.
Upcoming Visitations
The Upcoming Visitations section of the Dashboard shows any upcoming events in the system. A summary of information will be shown for each event including the decedent name, event type, event date, time and location.

The Bulk Actions section at the bottom will allow you to print these event details in bulk for any events that you have selected via the checkboxes on the left side.
The arrows on the right side allow you to move through the pages of upcoming events.

Form Submissions
The Form Submissions section shows any recently submitted website forms. The information displayed will show the name of the form, name of the submitter, date and time of submission.


There are a few different actions available on the right side of the submission.
View
View will open up a preview of the information in the form, there is an option to mark the submission as spam and there is also an option reply or forward the form via the email box at the bottom.

The Print action will allow to you print the form out so that you have a physical copy of the submission.
Read
The Read action will allow you to mark the submission as “Read“. Once a submission is marked as read, it will disappear from the Form Submissions section on the dashboard, since this section only shows recent unread submissions, and move to the Submitted Forms section that is located under Website Manager.

Export
The Export action will allow you to export the submission to a CSV file.
At the bottom of the section there is a Bulk Actions section that will allow you to Read, Print or Delete submissions in bulk if you check the boxes on the left side of them.
