AI Obituary Writer

Tribute websites feature an AI Obituary Writer tool that can easily generate obituary text for you based on simple information prompts and settings.

With Tribute Obituary Writer, obituaries can be easily created in seconds directly from your website. Using the information a user provides, the tool generates a customized tribute with multiple tone options. The link to the obituary writer can be shared with families for them to use as well. This way families can easily edit, refine, and share different versions all on their own. Once the obit is written, simply copy and paste the text where you need it.

The bituary writer tool can be accessed from the obituary editing page on the admin side of the website. Above the obituary text box, there is an Obituary Writer button that will launch a new window where you can utilize the AI writer.

Once launched, a new window will open up for the Obituary Writer. Some basic information will be gathered in order to generate the obituary, enter as much information as you would like so that the AI writer can compose an obituary utilizing the given information.

A full name is the only required field, all other fields are optional but the more information that is filled out, the more detailed the generated obituary will be. As you click through the pages, details regarding family, hobbies, work, education and more can all be entered.

On the final page before the obituary is generated, obituary settings can be customized. These settings will help guide the AI on the obituaries tone, length and creativity. Once you have everything set, click the Create Obituary button to generate your obituary.

The AI tool will write the obituary in the window on the right side of the page, once it is done generating you will see options to edit the text or copy the text. The Obituary Writer does not automatically add the obituary text to the website itself. The text will need to be copied out of the obituary writer page and pasted into the obituary text box on the website.
