The FAQ tool page can be accessed via the tools tab under the Website Manager menu option of the Admin Dashboard. On the left side of the Tools page, you will see a sidebar where the FAQ tool can be accessed.
Current FAQs
Under the current FAQs section, there will be a question and answer column that shows each question and the corresponding answer. Any questions added in here will display on the FAQ page of the website.
To add a question, you can click the Add New FAQ button at the top of the section. To edit or delete questions, you can use the edit and delete button under the actions column.
When adding or editing a question, you will be asked to provide the question and answer you want to add. Once you have all the correct information added, make sure to click Save FAQ to save your changes in the system.
