Form Wizard
The Form Wizard is where you can see all the website forms that are in the system, along with options to create and edit custom forms.
In the Form Wizard section, you will see all the website forms listed out that are in the system. You can create a new custom form by clicking create new form at the top or edit any existing custom forms by clicking the edit button beside the form. Default system forms like Contact Us or the Pre-Planning form for example are not editable which is why the edit and delete buttons are greyed out. Only custom forms have the ability to be edited.
Creating or Editing a Form
The edit form section is where you can edit information on your form or add different sections to collect information and make selections on the form. The left side of the edit form section will show the flow of sections and fields that the user will be able to interact with when using the form. The right side of the edit form section gives options to customize the form title, description and thank you message under the Form Properties, along with options to add fields to the form.
After clicking add a field, you will see the different types of fields that can be added to the form. All fields can be marked as required fields via the required checkbox.
Single Line Text

This field will add a simple text box where a singe line of text can be added for an answer. This field works well for collecting basic information like names.
Paragraph Text

This field will add a larger text box where a paragraph of text can be added for an answer. This field works well for collecting more detailed information and explanations from the user.
Multiple Choice

This field will add a multiple choice selection field. The choices can be customized on the right side of the section after you add the multiple choice field, more choices can be added via the add choice button.
Checkboxes

This field will add a multiple answer checkbox section to the form. This section works similarly to the multiple choice sections but allows for multiple answers to be selected. More answer options can be added via the add choice button.
Dropdown

This field will add a multiple option dropdown selection to the form. Only one answer can be selected in this section and additional choices can be added via the add choice button on the right side.
Date

This field will add a date format answer field to the form. Users can add an answer in a date format in the format DD/MM/YYYY.
Upload

This field will add a file upload option to the form where a user can upload a file via the select file button.
Section Break

This field will add a text title to the form with no answer section provided. This is used to title different sections of the form and break up the sections of fields.
To edit or remove existing fields on a form, simply click on the field and you will be prompted with the field options on the right side. To delete the field, click on the field and you will see a red delete button in the top corner of the field.
Once you have completed all changes and added all the fields you require, make sure to click the save form button to save your changes.
