Merchandise Categories
This section will list out the various categories that are set up for your merchandise items. Categories can be moved up and down in the list via the arrows or drag and drop. You will see category name and description displayed along with the ability to view subcategories or edit the category. The enabled checkbox will enable the category to display on the merchandise page or be hidden.
Clicking the edit button will allow the name of the category to be changed and also gives an option to hide prices or add an icon for the category that will display in the funeral planner.
View Subcategories
After clicking the View Subcategories button, you will be taken to the Merchandise Subcategories page where you can see the various subcategories under that category. Similar to the category page, you will see name, description and will be given some actions to view products or edit the subcategory name. The enabled checkbox will enable or disable that subcategory from displaying on the merchandise page.
View Products
Clicking View Products will take you to the Merchandise Products page. This page will list out all the products that are contained in that subcategory. Brand, Name and Price of the item will be displayed along with the ability to enable the product to display and an edit option for editing the product details. Products can be sorted by brand via the brands drop down menu or searched for manually in the search bar.
Edit Product
Clicking edit beside a product will take you to the Edit Product page. This is the page where you can change the various details of the product. Brand, Name, Description and Price can be changed in the Basic Information section along with a setting to enable the product to show in the product listings.
Photos can be added to the photo section via the New Photo button and Previews of the listing views can be seen below the photos. A website listing view and a detailed expanded view are available for preview.
After making changes or adding information, make sure to click the Save As Draft or Save And Enable buttons to save your changes.
