Order Summary

The order summary page is where you can view Tribute Store orders placed on the website.

W-9 Form

A W-9 form is required to be sent to us before commissions can be received for Tribute Store orders placed on the website. At the top of the order summary page, you will find information on how to download a W-9 form and where you can send it so that we can add it to your file.

Once you have downloaded and filled out a W-9 form, the form can be mailed or emailed to us via the following channels:

Tribute Store Orders

The Tribute Store orders section is where you can view any orders that have been placed on the website. By default the orders will be listed out with the most recent orders showing at the top of the list and new orders can take up to 30 minutes to display in this list.

The list will show various parts of the order information in the columns:

Order Date

  • Shows the date and order number for the order.

Name

  • Shows the name of the person who placed the order.

Billing Info

  • Shows the billing information of the person who ordered.

Item Name

  • Shows the type of item that was ordered.

Assigned Florist

  • Shows the florist that the order was sent to if it was a flower order.

Last Updated

  • Shows the date and time that the order was last updated along with method of update.


The column titles can be clicked to sort the list by that column. There is also a dropdown option at the top of the list to only show orders from a specific year. The name of the person who placed the order is also clickable, clicking on the name will show a list of all the orders that have been placed on the website by that particular person.

The orders listed for that person will have the same information shown as the order summary page but there will be some additional actions available for their orders.

The details action will show a brief summary of a few order details like the type of item, order status and the card message that was left if a card message was entered.

Memorial Tree orders will also have a print action for printing the tree certificate, a certification action for downloading the certification and a share action for sharing the certificate via email.
