On the settings page there will be a few different tabs available for changing information and customizing some of your account settings.
Contact Info
The contact info tab is where you can edit your organization information, shipping and billing information.
Retail Pricing
Under the retail pricing tab, you can customize the pricing for thumb drives and DVDs that are sold on your videos. Along with changing pricing, you can also use the checkbox beside each item to enable or disable the item from being available to users.
Customization
The customization tab is where you can upload your company logo to the account. This logo can be displayed on DVD labels and also in the outro slide of videos. If a logo is uploaded, the logo will be selected by default to display in both of these areas but settings are available to customize what displays on both of these areas.
Notifications
Notifications can be set up for when an order is placed or when a video is finished rendering via the checkbox settings on this tab.
Sales Tax
The sales tax tab allows you to upload an exemption or reseller certificate if you are exempt from sales tax. Our team will review the document once submitted and apply the exemption to your account once approved.
Video Direct
The video direct tab allows you to connect your Tribute Video account to our mobile app. The Tribute Video mobile app allows for videos to be casted to Google streaming devices like Chromecast.
You will first arrive on a screen detailing the video direct feature along with an agreement that needs to be clicked to continue. Click the checkbox and hit continue for instructions.
On the next page links and instructions will be given explaining how to download the mobile app on Apple, Android or TV. Once the app is downloaded you will be asked for a verification code in the app to connect your account, the verification code is at the bottom of the video direct page below the instructions.
