Statements and Transactions
The Statements and Transactions section is the main hub for your Tribute Pay reporting. Here you’ll find your monthly statements, transaction logs and deposit logs.
If you have multiple merchant accounts active, you will have a drop-down menu at the top of the section to switch between your merchant accounts.

Refunding Tribute Pay Payments
By default, refunds can only be processed by those with Administrator privilege.
You can process refunds directly from your Transaction Log:
-
Go to the Tribute Pay tab at the top of your dashboard.
-
By default, this opens the Statements & Transactions page.
-
Scroll down to the Transactions section.
-
If a transaction is eligible for a refund, a Refund button appears on the far right of that transaction. If you do not see a Refund button, the transaction is not currently refundable (see “When Refunds Are Not Available” below). Click the Refund button next to the eligible transaction.
-
A pop-up window will appear prompting you to choose:
-
Full refund (refund the entire amount)
-
Partial refund (enter a custom $ amount to refund)
-
-
Click Save or OK to process the refund.
-
The customer and anyone set up for Tribute Pay notifications will receive an email receipt of the refund.
Multiple partial refunds can be issued on the same transaction, up to the original transaction amount. Once the total refunded equals the original transaction value, no further refunds can be made.
Refunds can only be made to the card that they transaction was processed initially on.
You will not see a Refund button if:
-
It is a TIA transaction.
-
It is a crowdfunding transaction. Please contact our Tribute Pay support team at 844-200-6020 for processing these types of refunds.
-
The full transaction amount has already been refunded.
-
The payment was an ACH payment and 14 calendar days have not yet passed. ACH transactions are eligible to be refunded after 14 calendar days. .
Refund Timing
Once a refund is processed, it can take up to 5 business days for the cardholder to see it back on their account.
Deposits
How Deposits Work
Tribute Pay uses a T+1 payout schedule. This means that funds are held for one business day after a transaction before being released to your connected bank account.

Daily Batch Deposits
All transactions processed in a single day—including website payments, TIA payments, and crowdfunding payments—are grouped together into one deposit. This simplifies reconciliation by combining all activity into a single payout rather than multiple small deposits.
Viewing Your Deposit Log
Your Deposit Log provides a record of all deposits sent to your bank account. It displays:
-
Date of transfer
-
Bank account information (only a truncated/partial account number for security)
-
Total deposit amount
Click the View button next to any deposit to see a detailed breakdown of all individual transactions included in that deposit.
