Once you click the Tribute Book tab under integrations, you will be taken to the Tribute Book portal and asked to enter a code. This code is emailed to the email address that your user account is using. Once you receive the code and enter it, you will be brought to the Tribute Book dashboard.
The left side will have tabs to access books or orders. At the top of the page you will see recent books you have accessed and the bottom of the book page will show a list of all the Tribute Books in the system.
Editing Books
To make changes to a book, click the edit icon on the far right side. You will be taken to the book dashboard for the corresponding book. From here you have many options available to edit pages in the book along with some settings. The book visibility options allow you to hide or disable the book from the obituary page. First print date allows you to set a date that the first print of the book is allowed to be made on.
Under edit book contents you will have access to a variety of parts of the book to make customizations and edits.
Book Theme

Allows you to change the theme of the book which changes theme images on the cover of the book and background images on certain pages.
Decedent Info

Allows you to change basic information about the decedent such as name, birth date and death date.
Book Cover

Allows you to change the decedent image that shows on the cover along with the title verbiage that shows above the name.
Obituary

Allows you to edit the obituary text that displays in the book.
Events

Allows you to make changes to the event information that shows in the Tribute Book.
Guestbook

The guestbook shows any attendees who have digitally signed their name to the guestbook section of the Tribute Book. The attendee names can be downloaded at the bottom of the page in A5 label format.
Tributes

Allows you to make changes to tributes and messages that display in the book. Any messages changed here will change on the tribute wall of the website as well.
Photos

Allows you to make changes and edits to photos that are displaying in the book. Changes made in this section will also change the photo on the tribute wall of the website as well.
Sympathy Gifts

Allows you to make changes to store purchases that appear in the book. Changes made in this section will also change the store purchase post on the tribute wall.
Optional Pages

Optional pages can be turned on if desired. The loved ones pages adds a page for each enabled loved one. The order of service page can also be enabled which will give the ability to add pages to follow events that are listed in the book that contains details about the event.
At the bottom of the page for a specific book, the associated orders section will show any orders placed for this specific book. The orders page that is accessible on the left side of the page will show all orders placed in the system for any books.
