Staff photos and staff information can be edited on the employee profile pages under the Employees section of the User page.
**This same page is also accessible from the "Staff" tool page link on the left side of the Website Manager page.
Each staff member that displays on the staff page of your website will have an employee profile set up under the Employees section. If you need to add a new employee you can click the "Add New Employee" button at the top of the Employees section.
To edit the photo or information for a particular staff member, click the "Edit" button beside that staff members name.
**Staff members will only appear on the staff page of the website if the "Add To Staff Page" setting is set to yes on their profile page.
Changing A Staff Members Photo
At the top of a staff member's employee profile page, their profile picture will be visible. Clicking on the picture will give you options to crop or rotate the image.
If you need to add a new photo, click the "Delete" button underneath the image to remove the current image.
Once the existing photo is deleted you will have the option to "Choose Photo" where you can upload your new photo.
Basic Information For Staff Members
Under the Basic Information section on an employee's profile page, the staff member's name, job title, email, gender and biography can be edited. The information that is entered in the Basic Information section on the employee's profile is the information that will display on the staff page of the website for that staff member.
Once you have made all your changes to a staff member's information or photo, make sure to click the "Save User" button at the bottom of the page for your changes to be saved.
