Cases Page
The cases page allows you to browse cases that are in the system.
Cases in the system can be found on the cases page. At the top of the page there are a few different filtering and search options to find the case you are looking for. Names can be searched for directly in the search bar and filtering can be applied to search by location, status, staff member or creation date.
Cases that are listed will display some basic information such as name, case ID, date of birth, date of death and a photo. Upcoming events will also display along with the case's status above the events. To change a case's status, the status can be clicked and a new status can be selected for the case. If the status you are looking for does not initially appear, clicking the 3 dots will show any additional statuses available.
There are options to view or edit the case below the date of birth and date of death. The view case option will take you to the overview page for that specific case in a view only mode that displays all the case information.
The edit case option will take you to the edit case screen where you can make changes to case information.
