Places
The places page contains all the places that are entered in the system. New places such as churches, venues, cemeteries, home addresses and more can be added to the system and information for existing places can be edited.
On the places page, all the existing places in the system will be listed out in alphabetical order. Places can be searched for via the search bar at the top of the page and new places can be added by clicking the add new button.
Places can be edited by clicking the edit link on the right side. A checkbox is available at the bottom of the list to view archived places.
Adding/Editing a Place
When adding a new place or editing an existing place, a variety of information can be entered for name, type, contact information venue information and address information.
At the top of the edit page, a manage button is available that gives options to delete, replace or archive a place. When replacing a place, all the cases that have the place attached for events or case information will be have that location replaced with the new place.
