On the dashboard tab you will see a few different options along the top of the page that allow you to quickly navigate to commonly used pages of the system.
Below these navigation buttons, you will see a drop down list for selecting a specific location. All the items showing on the dashboard will be filtered by the location selected.
Four sections will display on the dashboard to give you a quick look at various case related items.
Past Due Cases
- The past due cases section will show cases that have open and unpaid balances. The list will display cases with the oldest unpaid balances at the top.
Assigned Cases
- The assigned cases section will show any cases assigned to the user that is logged in and viewing the dashboard.
Open Tasks
- The open tasks section will show cases that have open tasks associated with them. The list will display cases with the oldest open tasks at the top.
Chain of Custody
- The chain of custody section will show the most recent cases that have had changes to the chain of custody.
