On the integration page, case information can be sent to a variety of places like your website, Tribute Video and Tribute Print.
Tribute Website
**The integration between Tribute Management Software and Tribute Websites is designed so that Tribute Management Software is the point where all the Tribute Page information is uploaded from. Any changes you make to the Tribute Page information, photos, events or settings all needs to happen in Tribute Management Software. Any changes made directly on the website side instead of TMS will be overridden on the website.
The Tribute Website section will show the status of the case on the website and give you access to a variety of settings and options for setting up the Tribute Page on the website.
The top of the website status area gives the option to publish or unpublish the case on the website, a status will be displayed to show whether the case is currently published or not published on the site.
Below the status, options are available to preview the Tribute Page and post the obituary to Facebook.
Under website settings, there are a number of available settings to toggle different functionality or hide certain pieces of information on the Tribute page.
Hide Death Notice
- If this option is checked off, a death notice will not be added to the website for this case. Death notices are basic tribute pages added to the website with minimal information and a notice that the obituary is coming soon.
Make Guestbook Private
- Prevents condolence messages from posting on the Tribute Wall and instead sends the messages to the guestbook email privately.
Hide Birth Date/Hide Death Date
- Hides the corresponding dates from appearing on the Tribute Page.
Hide Tribute Book
- Hides the Tribute Book from appearing on the Tribute Page.
Refresh OG:Image
- Refreshes the image that appears as a preview in places where the link to the Tribute Page has been shared such as social media posts.
Enable Exit-Pops
- Enables the exit pop up feature of the website on the Tribute Page.
Webcast/Livestream links and video links can be added in the corresponding areas. A homepage position can also manually be set by adding a number in the homepage position area. This will set the obit to display in the specific position on the homepage obituary slider of the website. An option is also available to upload a PDF file that will be posted to the Tribute Wall for visitors to download.
Under the header theme area, a theme image for the Tribute Page banner can be selected. An option is also available to upload a custom image as the theme via the upload custom theme link.
Towards the bottom of the Tribute Website section, a Legacy Touch pin can be added to the page and condolence messages can be viewed and edited in the tributes area.
Tribute Video
The Tribute Video integration allows you to send photos and basic information to Tribute Video. Before you can export to Tribute Video, you will need to select a photo album from the drop down list. If there is no photo album on the case, the option No Album can be selected. Click export after to be taken to the Tribute Video portal.
Once the case has been exported to Tribute Video, you will see the status changed to exported and options will be available to edit the video or get the video status. Anytime you need to navigate back to Tribute Video to continue working on the video, the Edit Video button will take you to the video editor.
Once the video is finalized in Tribute Video, it should automatically be added to the video URL section and appear on the website.
Tribute Print
The Tribute Print integration allows you to export case information to Tribute Print for printing stationary items. Simply click the export link to export the case to Tribute Print.
Once a case is exported to Tribute Print, options will be available to Resync the case and update the Tribute Print status for the case.
