These are some commonly asked questions about reports in TMS.

Why is nothing showing on the AR Aging Report

The AR Aging report requires contracts to be posted in order to show on the report.
 

Why is nothing showing on the Case Revenue Report

The Case Revenue Report needs a staff member assigned to show on the report.
 

Why is nothing showing on the Merchandise Profit report?

In order to show on the merchandise profit report, there has to be a cost associated with the item in the GPL. This means that there needs to be a cost in the cost field, not just the price field. There also needs to be merchandise listed on the SFGS. If merchandise is present on the SFGS but no cost associated with the merchandise, it will not show on the Merchandise report.
 

Why are cases missing from the NOK Report?

You must have a NOK selected in a case for it to show in the NOK report.
 

Why are cases missing from the Sales Tax Report?

The Sales Tax Report will only show cases with posted contracts.
 

When are Domanicare Reports sent?

Domanicare reports are sent to hello@elevia.com on the 1st and 15th of each month.
