The whiteboard page will display cases and upcoming events in a clean, simple display and has options available for filtering the cases that will display on the board.
Whiteboard can be viewed in a full screen mode by clicking the full screen button in the upper right corner. This hides all the other tab options and content in TMS. The full screen view is particularly useful when being displayed on a tv or display screen for people to easily see upcoming events on the board.
Settings are also available to configure what cases you want to display on the whiteboard. The settings window can be accessed by clicking the gear icon beside the full screen button.
Under settings, various filter options are available for controlling what cases will show on the whiteboard. Options are available to filter by location, start/end times, case status and staff member. Settings are available as well to toggle if pending events should show or not and pagination options are available to toggle how long the whiteboard will wait to rotate through pages.
